The executive employee of the Publishing Group consults with Head of Information Resources Management Department of the Library and informs the author about the demand of the publication and the number of copies in demand. If the author does not agree to it, the employee of the Publishing Group coordinates this matter until both sides are content.
The obligatory copies of the new publication are delivered by the person who is in charge of material property. In advance of this, he draws up a transfer deed.
