  • MAY I BRING ALREADY EDITED MANUSCRIPT? 

Yes, You may, but You will have to deliver the document signed by the editor of the manuscript, stating his name, expertise and assuming responsibility for the quality of the text. After the editor of the Publishing Group examines the manuscript, she decides whether it complies with the requirements of a good language.

  • MAY I BRING ALREADY EDITED AND DESIGNED MANUSCRIPT AND ASK ONLY FOR PRINTING? 

Yes, You may. Publishing Group and the layout editor will execute an expertise of Your manuscript's edit and layout, and decide whether it is prepared for release.

  • WHO WOULD MAKE AN INDEX OF THE NAMES AND PLACE-NAMES MENTIONED IN THE MANUSCRIPT?

An index of names and place-names is ussually made by a designer. However, please write all the names and place-names you would like to include in the index, and specify all the forms of these names and place-names needed.

  • HOW MANY COPIES OF THE PUBLICATION THE AUTHOR MAY OBTAIN?

For the copies of the publication the author may refer to the Faculty Department.

  • HOW MANY COPIES OF THE PUBLICATION ARE TO BE RESERVED FOR THE LIBRARY OF VYTAUTAS MAGNUS UNIVERSITY?

The executive employee of the Publishing Group consults with Head of Information Resources Management Department of the Library and informs the author about the demand of the publication and the number of copies in demand. If the author does not agree to it, the employee of the Publishing Group coordinates this matter until both sides are content.

  • WHO DELIVERS THE OBLIGATORY COPIES OF THE NEW PUBLICATION TO LIBRARIES AND HOW MANY COPIES IT IS NECESSARY TO DELIVER? 

The obligatory copies of the new publication are delivered by the person who is in charge of material property. In advance of this, he draws up a transfer deed. If there are 101 copies of the publication and more, it is obligatory to deliver 5 copies, if there are less than 100 copies - then 2 copies.
